Mondays-Fridays 8:45am-5:15pm SUNDAYS (as scheduled) 8:15am-12:15pm Provide friendly and efficient customer service in person and/or over the telephone. Process banking transactions including, but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, check item redemption, account holds, redemption / reissue US Savings Bonds; accepts payments for loans, safe deposit rentals. Balance currency, coin, and checks in cash drawer daily and prepare corresponding proof sheet. May be responsible for all closing procedures of the branch facility. Has working knowledge of bank products and services. Actively suggest and sell products and services to new and existing customers face-to-face, by telephone or by mail. Be familiar with and adhere to banking regulatory and reporting requirements. May open accounts for new and existing customers. Maintain current knowledge of all position related procedures and compliance.
