Job Description Join Takeda as a Specialist II, Business Process where you will assist with order to cash issues from Takeda customers with all aspects of DSCSA (Drug Supply Chain Security Act). You will also coordinate efforts to maintain the integrity and security of the pharmaceutical supply chain in its digital pedigree efforts, by supporting regulations, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and systems. You will also support the order fulfillment process including placement, status updates, resolution of discrepancies, and reporting for US-based customers. How you will contribute: Oversee and execute compliance strategies to ensure adherence to DSCSA requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of DSCSA regulations and guidelines. Develop and implement policies and procedures for DSCSA customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure DSCSA-compliant operations. Document DSCSA customer issues through Takeda Case creation platform. Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation pertaining to DSCSA compliance. Conduct training programs to educate staff on DSCSA requirements and procedures. Represent the Trade Operations and Customer Experience team in customer related matters pertaining to DSCSA inquiries and day to day support Analyze and report on DSCSA compliance metrics and performance Assist the Customer Operations team as needed with order to cash processes and analysis Participate in system training/documentation as required Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: 3-5 years customer facing, or customer service experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, Business Management or related field preferred. 3 -5 years of prior case management experience preferred Healthcare experience in a hospital, health system, or pharmaceutical related industry preferred SAP Experience preferred Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Travel Requirement- 10%, Minimal travel to meetings and to Takeda offices, with advance notice provided. For Location: Illinois - Virtual U.S. Base Salary Range: 67,900.00 - 106,700.00 The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job."¯The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
