Position Summary: The Director of Talent Acquisition will lead and expand our recruitment efforts, overseeing the entire talent acquisition strategy for DocGo. Reporting to the SVP of People, you'll play a pivotal role in meeting our hiring goals, scaling our recruitment processes, and driving initiatives that position DocGo as an employer of choice. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Development Manage, mentor, and grow a national team of recruiters, talent acquisition specialists, and agency relations staff. Establish a high-performing culture within the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring excellent candidate experiences and continuous development for all team members. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution Design and execute scalable recruiting strategies in partnership with senior leadership to meet headcount goals across DocGo's U.S. locations. Drive initiatives for branding, recruitment marketing, and employee referrals, fostering a strong candidate pipeline. Process Optimization & Technology Oversee Talent Acquisition Operations, including reporting analytics, and recruitment technology. Evaluate and enhance current recruitment processes, collaborating with Hiring Managers, Shared Service Centers, and divisional leaders to identify improvement areas and optimize hiring efficiency. Employer Brand & Candidate Experience Lead initiatives to strengthen DocGo's employer brand by crafting a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that resonates with diverse talent across the healthcare and technology sectors. Design a seamless, engaging, and inclusive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. Executive & High-Impact Recruiting Lead recruitment efforts for senior and executive-level roles, ensuring top talent alignment with organizational goals. Develop and present reports on recruiting metrics and trends to support data-driven decision-making and forecasting. Partnership & Compliance Partner with cross-functional teams, including Legal and Information Security, to ensure data privacy compliance and regulatory adherence. Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as an effective strategic partner throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications: 5+ years in recruiting management and 6+ years in full-cycle recruiting. Experience in vendor management (VNDLY preferred) and ATS/CRM systems (Workday preferred). Experience sourcing and recruiting for roles ranging from hourly and temporary to management-level positions. Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process, acting as an effective hiring partner. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Applications Ability to develop Talent Acquisition professionals and provide coaching and guidance, as well as acting as a partner to more tenured recruiters in later stage career development Lead with data driven insights of hiring trends, sourcing channels, industries, and markets. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, including public speaking and presentation skills. Experience partnering, and driving change, with senior level management Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills Experience thriving and prioritizing in a constantly changing environment Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master's preferred). Professional HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, GPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) are a plus. 5+ years of leadership experience within mid-sized companies focused on healthcare, technology, or EMS.
