Reporting Analyst

This role is mainly analytic support for the Merchandising & Buying Team, reporting to the Senior Vice President of Merchandising & Buying. Main responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining and cleansing data, identifying, and analyzing relevant metrics, and building and maintaining reporting tools and models. This person will strategize the scaling of current business based on fundamentals of the luxury market and expected business growth. This candidate should have experience maintaining complex data sets but also be open to creatively suggesting new workflows, builds, or views to best convey reporting as familiarity with the business grows. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Compile and cleanse multiple data sourced from Salesforce/Rootstock, online selling platforms, and in-house modules Analyze and report on weekly & monthly metrics, KPIs to provide insights to the Merchandising Team Understand objectives behind requested analysis and make recommendations to improve their results Create & maintain complex reporting as it relates to inventory levels, buying strategy & other crucial decision-making as it relates to the WGACA catalogue Ability to manipulate large data sets and multiple attributes fluidly and without crashing programs Demonstrate strong collaboration skills, analytical thinking, and innovation Bring consistency to the metrics, identifying blind spots in reporting Present data in a quickly digestible and concise way for specific audiences Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain, Commerce, Economics, Fashion Merchandising, Math, or a related field Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge is required to build templates for regularly-pulled reports. Skills include but are not limited to Power Pivot Data Model Power Query Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) Connecting data sets without using XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP Tables Pivot Tables Linked cells Compound formulas Conditional formatting Self-motivated, creative, and has demonstrated an aptitude for problem-solving An accurate, thorough, and detail-oriented disposition Bonus Skills and Experience Advanced familiarity with the luxury accessories market Experience in inventory-based data analytics Experience building Salesforce Reports and Dashboards Experience using PowerBI
