CDL Class A Company Driver OTR

****This job posting is for an over-the-road (OTR) truck driving position with a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and modern equipment. Here's a summary of the key points: Schedule: On the Road : 12 days out, followed by 2 full days off (48 hours) every other weekend. Routes : Primarily east of I-35, but you may be dispatched across all 48 states depending on freight needs. Mileage : Expect to drive around 2,000-2,200 miles per week, depending on Hours of Service (HOS) and available loads. Freight & Operations: Freight : All no-touch freight for convenience. Drop & Hook : 50-60% of loads are drop-and-hook; 40-50% require live unloading. City Restrictions : No forced dispatch into New York City or its boroughs. Equipment & Support: Trucks : Late-model (2021+) Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths. Support : 24/7 operations specialist assistance is available. Pay & Benefits: Base Pay : Based on experience: 3-5 months : $0.57 per mile 6-11 months : $0.58 per mile 12-23 months : $0.60 per mile 2-9 years : $0.62 per mile 10+ years : $0.64 per mile Additional Pay : Detention Pay : $12.50/hour after the second hour of waiting. Layover/Breakdown Pay : $100 per day. Sign-On Bonus : $500 after your first load, and another $500 after 30 days. Mileage Bonus : Earn an additional 3 cents per mile based on safety, mileage, and productivity (eligibility begins the first of the month following hire). Other Notes: No Forced Dispatch into NYC : You'll be able to avoid driving into the city and its boroughs. Rider & Pet Policies: Rider Policy: Must be at least 10 years old (under 18 requires legal custody). Only 1 rider allowed at a time. Riders cannot possess a valid CDL. Pet Policy: Only 1 dog or 1 cat allowed per truck (must not exceed 80 lbs). Aggressive dog breeds are prohibited.
