In accordance with guidelines and regulations, you will deliver a full range of nursing care. This includes but not limited to:Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.Conducting daily rounds to observe the resident's physical and emotional resident care provided by unlicensed staff.Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information; andPromoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.Must Have:RN with current licensure to practice in the stateComprehensive knowledge of applicable nursing principles and practices to ensure the quality-of-care standards for residentsStrong communication and organizational skillsSelf-directed and able to work with minimal supervisionNice to Have:Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environmentNursing experience providing direct care to multiple residentsBehavioral care / memory care experienceExperience with Point Click Care (PCC)Who we are:Fountain View Subacute and Nursing Center believes in cultivating a family culture and thrives on person-centered care.
