You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Maintain client records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly. Our office is located in 687 N Broad St Philadelphia, PA 19123. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. I am a proud graduate of Temple University. We currently have 7 team members at our agency. We have 25+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
