About this job We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at CarMax. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by guiding customers through every step of their CarMax journey, from sales transactions to test drives and financing applications. You will also conduct vehicle assessments, manage inventory, handle administrative duties, and create service appointments. This is a high-energy retail sales environment where building rapport with customers and understanding their needs is essential.
