Job Description Job Title : Construction Superintendent (Ground-Up Superintendent) Location : Indianapolis, IN (Noblesville, IN) Salary : $90,000 to $145,000 DOE Skills : site development, ground up construction, light industrial, concrete, warehouse, loading facilities, project supervision About Company / Opportunity : We have 20 years of experience developing, building and often managing commercial and logistics facilities for clients across Central Indiana and the midwest. Responsibilities : We are looking for an experienced superintendent to lead the construction of an industrial service facility (trucking/loading) in Central Indiana. Must-Have Skills : Ground-up construction experience is a must Experience overseeing installation of utilities/site development Strong communication, organization and technology skills. Nice to Have Skills : Experience in warehouse, light industrial or logistics facilities Bilingual Open to 1099 or W2 employment (this is a full-time position)
