Start your path to a WGNSTAR career today Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, 6:00AM - 4:30PM Pay Rate: $25 / Hour Location: Boise, Idaho The principal duties and responsibilities will be: + Monitor and operate multiple ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) equipment. + Utilize ESD equipment based on ESDA and Manufacturer's directions. + Demonstrate ability to use computer-based programs and applications to perform daily job duties. + Verify that machines are recorded accurately in computer programs. + Communicate ESD issues with area personnel. + Analyze equipment performance discrepancies and communicate possible causes. + Validate the accuracy of ESD data. + Develop new methods or procedures to reduce costs and enhance efficiency. + Use data to raise awareness of effectiveness and efficiency in the areas. + Evaluate ESD capacities. + Solve for consistencies using procedures and notify appropriate personnel if inconsistency is not corrected. + Make equipment repairs per procedures. + Display an appropriate sense of urgency and prioritize according to ESD risks. + Apply problem solving techniques using available tools and resources to solve problems Requirements: + Use of powered and non-powered hand tools to drill holes and attach fasteners. + Ability to measure and mark accurately using a measuring tape. + Ability to strip wires, tin wires with soldering iron and attach using screwdrivers. + Ability to run and attach wires to workstations with hardware. + Ability to measure resistance and voltage using a digital multimeter. + Ability to solder, use an O-Scope, and voltmeter. + Some knowledge of microelectronics. + Lab experience in setting up samples-under-test for manual probe. + Familiar with the of use basic hand and power tools. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, process flow and instrumentation drawings, and electrical schematics. + Ability to read and understand manufacturer equipment manuals. + Ability to respond and clear equipment alarms. + Ability to learn and follow Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and 6S programs.
