Junior Fund Accounting

SMA Performance Reconciliation-ideally seeking a junior candidate, with 1-6 years experience. Duties: The duties will include, but not be limited to: review and action securities in an account one-by-one, perform system functions to deliver securities out, and conduct independent quality checks to ensure account performance is correct. Training will be provided on how to action correctly and confirm acccount positions & holdings look correct. Skills: - Reconciliation, Fund Accounting, Performance Reconciliation, Back Office experience desired - Experience with InvestCloud APL, Charles River, or comparable systems - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word - Proven ability to manage & scrub large data sets - Experience with SMA accounts, specificlly SMA Operations - Experience working in a collaborative team environemnt with dynamic priorities - 3-5 years of equatable experience with the above skills Education: Associates or Bachelors degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Business Management, etc.) Languages: English Read Write Speak Skills: Required OFFICE EXPERIENCE RECONCILIATION SECURITIES OPERATIONS FUND ACCOUNTING Additional ACCOUNTING FINANCE MICROSOFT WORD APL MICROSOFT EXCEL BUSINESS MANAGEMENT Languages: English( Speak, Read, Write ) Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree
