We are looking for a Commercial Lines Assistant to join our growing team of insurance professionals. This position will be fully onsite for first 6 months in our Coopersburg office and then will go move to hybrid role after the initial training period. Responsibilities Utilize agency management system and carrier websites to process new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations Issue auto id cards, certificates of insurance and evidence of property forms as requested Working knowledge of Word and Excel Maintain electronic file storage Follow established agency policies and standard operating procedures Assist account managers and producers with day-to-day service of commercial customers and prospects Perform administrative support functions as directed Maintain and nurture good customer and company relations with both internal and external customers Responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations that apply to the position, including the Univest Code of Conduct Perform additional duties as required Qualifications Current PA State Property and Casualty insurance producer license If not licensed, 90 days to become licensed Professional appearance, strong interpersonal and communication skills, positive and professional attitude Click here for Benefit Information - #Univest #LI-Onsite #INDUF An Equal Opportunity Employer.
