The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Experience in the Electro Mechanical Assembly field. Experience in a production environment (including internships), with a strong emphasis on precision electro assembly. Familiarity with IPC 610 standards ( required ); knowledge of J-STD-001 is a plus but not mandatory. A keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a quality-driven setting. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Key Responsibilities: Assemble high-reliability electronic components in accordance with specified standards and procedures. Ensure that all components meet stringent quality specifications and regulatory requirements. Conduct thorough inspections of assembled products to identify defects and discrepancies.
