Corporate Audit Services Manager

Corporate Audit Services Manager (Ziff Davis, Inc.; New York, New York): Support and drive effective execution of all aspects of the Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) program. Perform risk assessment and help develop a risk based annual audit plan. Assist with scoping, coordinating, conducting, and reporting of internal audit activities within budgeted hours, ensuring all audit projects are aligned to Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) standards. Review the audit work product of other team members ensuring high quality deliverables. Advise the audit staff and seniors in the identification, development, and documentation/reporting of audit issues and value-add recommendations. Track and evaluate audit issues to ensure proper remediation/mitigation, providing timely status updates to management. Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with the Finance team and other leadership teams as a trusted business partner providing advisory support on controls and best practices.
