Dishwasher Prep Cook

We are looking for hardworking individuals who are eager to contribute to the smooth operation of our busy kitchen. We need someone dependable who can pitch in and help with a variety of kitchen tasks. In addition to unloading dirty dishes brought in by bussers, you will be scraping, sorting, and loading dishes into the dishwashing machine. Responsibilities: • Sort dishes, scrape plates, and rinse glassware before loading into the dishwashing machine • Unload the dishwashing machine and place utensils and dishes in appropriate storage areas • Mop and clean kitchen floors daily to keep the workplace neat and sanitary • Ensure appropriate levels of detergent and cleaning supplies while also keeping track of dishwashing machine mechanical problems • Take part in employee meetings regularly to stay up to date on all policies and safety regulations • Assist with kitchen prep including cutting ingredients, making sauces, prepping desserts, etc. Qualifications: • Great physical health and stamina • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification • Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic • Prior food service industry experience is highly desired Compensation: $15.69 - $17 hourly • Assist with kitchen prep including cutting ingredients, making sauces, prepping desserts, etc.
