About the job Service Manager Job Title: Service Manager Join Our Family-Oriented Team! Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate Service Manager to deliver uncompromised excellence, with guests and Bar-B-Que at the heart of everything you do. As the Service Manager, youll ensure the highest level of hospitality, acting as an ambassador to our guests and creating memorable experiences. Youll focus on guest relations, ensuring consistent execution of FOH and BOH systems, and drive profitability through effective training, coaching, and follow-through.
