Lead all APQP activities during new product development Responsible for all engineering and tooling changes that may occur. Work closely with customers throughout program launch Ensure compliance with automotive ISO and TS standards Use SPC, DFMEA, 8D, Lean/Six Sigma throughout programs Aid in the development of new tooling needed for product launch Qualifications for the Program Manager include: Bachelor`s degree in Engineering Strong experience leading new product development programs Strong APQP experience Exceptional communication and leadership skills Knowledge of automotive standards pertaining to product launch
