Dining Room Server-F/T

Keeps work area clean and uncluttered during preparation and service of food. Serves food according to the planned menus/spreadsheets and the residents' food preferences and diet orders Ensures that food is served in an attractive, appetizing manner Ensures that meals are sent from kitchen or serving area according to established time schedules Develop and maintain professional functional working relationships with all employees and guests. Handle guest complaints in a professional, courteous and timely manner. Stock and rotate all needed supplies in the service areas and dining room. Comply with all local and SOP health, sanitation, and food/ work safety guidelines. Clear, clean, and reset tables and clean chairs, and floors after guests leave. Comply with uniform and appearance standards. Perform other assignments or tasks as assigned by the Dietary Manager or supervisor. Requirements: •Must be Serv Safe certified One year experience in a full-service restaurant preferred. •Must be upbeat, outgoing and positive. •Must be able to assist assisted living population and possess great guest relations skills. •Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment. •Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. •Ability to work effectively within a team. •Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time. •Continuous use of hands and arms. •Continuous bending, reaching and twisting required.
