Ullico Real Estate Equity Investment Group (UREEIG) is seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst to assist in the acquisition, financing, and asset management of a to-be-built diversified portfolio of commercial real estate properties. In this role, you will engage in the full life cycle of the investment process, from sourcing to exit, including underwriting, due diligence, financing, workouts, reporting, repositioning, and sale. You will also contribute to the ongoing monitoring and analysis of property and portfolio performance and assist in the preparation and presentation of investment recommendation memoranda to UREEIG's investment committee and senior management. You will gain exposure to multiple facets of the investment process and work across various geographies within a new investment platform, backed by a 97-year-old company with a proven track record of success. The successful candidate will: Evaluate and price investment opportunities, summarize conclusions from analysis, and refine models for transaction underwriting and portfolio management. Conduct macroeconomic research and analysis of markets and submarkets to assess their suitability for investment and assist in the creation of proprietary presentations. Collaborate with acquisition and asset management teams to prepare quarterly asset valuations, and to develop and execute property business plans. Assist in the administration of multiple tracking tools and deliverables, while also enhancing management infrastructure and systems. Operate in a team-oriented environment, interacting frequently with colleagues across the organization and industry peers, to drive the performance of the portfolio. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field. A minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience in a real estate investment capacity, preferably with exposure multiple property types and markets. The candidate must be a strategic thinker who can dive into the details, with an entrepreneurial spirit motivated to play a critical role in the growth of a platform. The candidate must be proactive, self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and integrity. Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Essential to this position are strong written and oral communication skills with a direct and open communication style, as well as, exceptional capability in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint with a strong financial acumen; technically and quantitatively adept.
