Job Details Level Experienced Job Location Greater Beverly YMCA - Beverly, MA Position Type Part Time Salary Range $17.00 - $18.00 Hourly Job Shift Opening Description Are you looking for a position with a purpose that will utilize your knowledge and skills while providing a valuable service to your community? If you are an instructor or lifeguard interested in pursuing a full-time role, this may be the opportunity for you! The Beverly YMCA provides full-service swim programs for ages 6 months & up with a variety of programming options including swim lessons, swim team, adaptive inclusion programs, aqua exercise, leadership development, and lifeguard training. On a regular day, you will provide direct service through attentive lifeguarding, ensuring the safety and well-being of all swimmers at indoor and outdoor pools during our opening hours. The role is for someone who loves an early start to the day. To thrive in this role, you have proven leadership experience and exemplary customer service skills to ensure the satisfactory experience of participants and the regular return of members. You have experience assessing the skill level of swimmers and can provide direction in maintaining the safety of the pool. Interested in becoming a lifeguard?
