Job Description Purpose of the role To develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business, maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, and achieve revenue targets. Accountabilities Development and maintenance of relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives. Presentation and pitching of financial products and services to clients, tailored to their requirements. Liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of client requests. Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and industry regulations. Collaboration with research analysts and other teams to provide clients with insights and market updates. Negotiation of terms and agreements with clients to finalise sales transactions. Requires in-depth technical knowledge and experience in their assigned area of expertise Thorough understanding of the underlying principles and concepts within the area of expertise They lead and supervise a team, guiding and supporting professional development, allocating work requirements and coordinating team resources. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a BA4 - Global Markets. To be successful as a BA4 - Global Markets, you should have experience with: Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 4+ years of Financial Services experience Knowledge of Australian Equities Experience in the Equities Markets Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications: Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills Excellent written and communication skills Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail Demonstrated ability to work in a time-sensitive, team-oriented environment Competitive and confident with the ability to build and foster relationships Focused on client service Series 7 and 63 You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills. This role is located in New York. Minimum Salary: $80,000 Maximum Salary: $115,000 The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any another type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
