Job Description TSC is seeking an Systems Engineer in Bloomington, IN . This position supports the Automated Test and Control Systems (ATCS) Group . Responsibilities: This position requires a flexible individual with experience in Systems Engineering Design . Work with other engineers to document the design of each project. Will support a project by creating trade studies, test strategy reports, diagrams, spreadsheets, and drawings as needed. Develop necessary schematics, programming guides, and other required documentation. Track project progress and design during lifecycle. Required Qualifications: BS in Engineering Strong communication skills, both written and oral Ability to multi-task and support multiple priorities Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills Self-Driven Able to work independently or in a team environment Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of electrical circuits and wiring Software: NI LabVIEW, C, C++ Engineering management Manage complex systems over their life cycles Experienced with MS Project, MS Visio, and MS Excel Systems Engineering 2+ years of applied engineering experience TSC Benefits: TSC offers a stable work environment, a competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefit package; including ESOP participation, 401k Plan, Flexible Work Schedules, Tuition Reimbursement, Co-Sponsored Health Plan, Paid Leave and much more.
