Residential/Property Accountant $65,000/yr.-$75,000/yr. Job Summary -  Vaco has partnered with a real-estate company and they have an opening for a Property Accountant who will be responsible for a portfolio of commercial properties and carrying out accounting procedures.  The client is offering generous PTO, 401k, and healthy benefits.  Experience in residential accounting is a must. Duties -  Accounting related to assigned properties Recovery calculations CAM reconciliations Audit new leases into Yardi Voyager 7S Communicate with tenants regarding payments Lease charges Other duties as assigned Essentials -  B.S. in Accounting/Finance 3+ years of property accounting experience Must have experience with CAM reconciliation Experience with Yardi is a plus Proficient with MS Excel Excellent communication skills Benefits  37.5-hour work week, M-F Generous Paid Time Off 401k with Employer contributions Health, Dental, Vision, & Supplemental Insurance Performance-based Bonuses
