Civil Litigation Law Clerk

Job Summary: We are seeking law students to join our team as law clerks. The position involves working closely with our attorneys on various stages of litigated cases, offering valuable experience in legal research, drafting pleadings and discovery, and law and motion practice. We are looking for individuals with strong writing and research skills, a desire to learn about civil litigation, and the ability to handle substantive work. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Drafting demand letters, pleadings, discovery, and motions Conducting legal research Reviewing document productions Assisting with hearings on motions, trials, etc. Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Education and/or Experience: Completed undergrad degree, current law student for an accredited law school Skills and Abilities: Strong writing and research skills, high levels of teachability, effective time management, and proficiency in Microsoft Suite Physical Demands: while performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit at a desk and use a computer. Minimal, if any, operation of tools. Machines or equipment used includes paper shredder, photocopier, printer, fax, and computers Work Environment: This job entails working in an office environment with the use of standard office equipment.
