Rx Savings Solutions, part of McKesson's CoverMyMeds business segment, offers an innovative, patented software system that educates and empowers consumers to make the best healthcare choices at the lowest cost. Founded and operated by a team of pharmacists and software engineers, we support a collaborative, cost-saving solution for purchasing prescription drugs. The RxSS team is looking to hire an EDI Analyst who will primarily support the day-to-day operations of the Business Operations team, with a focus on EDI File Transfer operations. The EDI Analyst will be responsible for understanding the immediate business needs of these teams as well as collaborating with various stakeholders across the business to define and implement business solutions to meet these needs. *Our ideal candidate must reside in the Columbus, OH area in order to work a hybrid schedule. The work will primarily be remote from home with occasional in-office work. *We are unable to provide sponsorship now or in the future for this position. Essential Functions / Job Duties Assist in setup and maintenance for inbound and outbound SFTP accounts. Manage ongoing file transfer processes including: PGP encryption/decryption setup Outbound file feed automation Management of SSH & PGP keys Inbound file feed automation with clients and partners Working directly with Implementation and Client Success teams on client requests. Meeting with clients to discuss their data interchange needs. Analyzing business systems, networking configurations, and data storage facilities. Building customized data interchange systems for cross-company or department use. Testing and debugging the system. Gathering user feedback on the accuracy, efficiency, and functionality of the system. Adjusting and customizing the system based on user feedback. Deploying completed systems and providing maintenance support. Training end-users on the proper use of the system. Perform other duties as reasonably requested by management. Position Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a similar field from an accredited college or university, OR 3+ years of relative experience Experience in a Business Operations, Client Success, or similar organization with proven ability to communicate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, sales, or executive leadership. Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) GoAnywhere or (similar EDI application) experience Experience in JIRA (or similar ticketing systems). Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information. Demonstrates effective communication and listening skills, with the ability to efficiently problem solve novel situations by providing creative solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with pharmacy, healthcare, or financial industries Experience with Tableau or other database visualization software Experience in EDI software (GoAnywhere, MOVEit, GlobalScape, etc.) Familiarity with SQL and relational databases Salesforce experience We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total
