Description Acara Solutions is seeking a Payroll Specialist for our client in Williamsville, NY ! We are seeking qualified candidates with: Experience processing biweekly payrolls Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now Here's what you'll do: Review timesheets for accuracy and following up as needed with internal teams and leaders. Process biweekly payrolls in an accurate and timely manner. Complete onboarding of new hires into payroll systems. Works closely with other payroll team members. Minimum 2 years' experience processing biweekly payrolls. Minimum 2 years' experience with ADP Workforce Now. Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Associate's Degree. Knowledge of FLSA and other federal, state, and local employment laws. Multistate payroll experience. Strong organizational and time management skills. Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent customer service abilities. Proven capacity for attention to detail and accuracy of work product.
