Customer Security Assurance Analyst 3 Job ID of Openings 1 Job Locations Remote - U.S. Category Engineering and Testing Overview The Customer Security Assurance Analyst 3 is the point of contact for go-to-market related security and compliance inquiries while working closely with various internal teams and subject matter experts. This position is responsible for providing customers with assurance that the expected security controls and policies have been established within our organization and supports our customers that have specific compliance requirements of their third-party vendors. The Customer Security Assurance Analyst 3 works across the business to maintain security assurance content and improve processes to drive increased customer trust and accelerate sales. What you will be doing Serve as a point of contact for security and compliance requests and responses by applying knowledge of our company's platforms and their alignment with privacy and security compliance requirements Support respond and manage responses to customer inquiries including contributing to Request for Proposals (RFP) automating responses to customer security inquiries and diligence assessments Support customers' vendor risk assessments and audits by including but not limited to serving as the primary point of contact for responding to and leading meetings of ongoing customer security diligence questionnaires and audits Manage customer documents related to Security based Request for Proposals Security Addendums; analyze and interpret customer security and compliance requirements and align them with internal company policies and standards to provide customers with assurance of our company's security and compliance posture Identify any gaps in meeting customer compliance or security requirements expectations; communicate and address potential risks or gaps with relevant teams Maintain knowledge base of security and compliance content and work with internal stakeholders to ensure our customer assurance materials remain up to date Partner with the sales and support organizations to provide security assurance in the sales and contract renewal process Engage with internal departments to analyze customer security requirements to influence product roadmaps Stay current with emerging security threats technologies and trends and contribute to driving process and program improvements to streamline customer security reviews in the sales cycle. Mentor coach train and provide feedback to other team members; may provide feedback to leadership on technical abilities of team Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland's Information Systems Security Policy What will make you successful Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in Compliance and/or Security Knowledge of regulatory compliance and related assessments/certifications including SOC 2 HIPAA NIST CSF PCI HITRUST GDPR CCPA 3+ years working and managing security/compliance questionnaires and customer specific contract requirements. Certification in Security such as CISA CISM CISSP GRCP CRISC Microsoft Windows and Office proficient Strong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact Strong organizational multi-tasking and time management skills Strong collaboration skills applied successfully within team as well as with all levels of employees in other areas Strong Microsoft Excel skills Strong leadership sound judgement and business acumen skills Strong facilitation and project management skill Strong interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport w
