The Branch Administrative Supervisor (BAS) is primarily responsible for performing advanced administrative, industry and professional support functions for the Branch Manager and/or Financial Advisor(s). In addition, the Branch Administrative Supervisor is responsible for supervising the work of the branch support staff, including onboarding, training, development and ongoing associate communication. The position also includes planning, directing and organizing the branch's administrative work, developing and recommending branch procedures, and researching and completing special projects. This position will also perform the daily responsibilities of a Client Specialist (CS). As a Branch Administrative Supervisor, you will: Perform the daily responsibilities of a CS by providing strong interpersonal service to clients, prospects and associates. Be responsible for the employment life cycle, including interviewing and onboarding or offboarding of branch associates. Partner with the Branch Manager and Financial Advisors for ongoing associate development through the performance management process, facilitating goal setting and monthly performance coaching. Coordinate and arrange training for all branch support associates to ensure their work aligns with Financial Advisor (FA) and branch business needs. Ensure associates are aware of PWM branch initiatives and communicate administrative and operational topics to staff appropriately, planning and leading monthly staff meetings. Supervise and evaluate the work of the branch support staff, prioritizing work, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress. Schedule support staff work hours and time off to provide adequate coverage for the branch's varied assignments and manage timecard approvals, acting as backup to staff when necessary. Resolve problems and interpret policies, procedures, and guidelines for staff. May be responsible for P&L oversight alongside the branch manager. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Supervise up to 10 branch office support staff. What we look for: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Must be SIE, Series 7, 63/65 or 66 licensed. 3+ years of industry experience as a registered client specialist or comparable role; previous supervisory experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of advanced sales support functions. Strong organizational skills - ability to prioritize and delegate the branch's daily workflow to effectively organize tasks and people to achieve specific goals.
