Overview: Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Director of Food Services to manage the foodservice program in a single site, providing leadership and support to ensure food quality standards, inventory levels, and customer service expectations are met. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering the highest customer and resident experience every day. Responsibilities: Manage foodservice program and provide leadership and guidance Maintain records of income and expenditures, food, supplies, personnel, and equipment Training, quality control, and in-servicing staff to meet HCSG standards Communicate directives from client managers, building occupants, and administrators to HCSG staff Utilize protective gear and ensure safety and quality guidelines are met Consistent attendance and punctual arrival Positive interactions with residents, staff, and facility guests Qualifications: Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow instructions Associate's degree or higher in food service management or hospitality preferred Specialized training in foodservice management and nutrition required Two years of experience in quantity food production/service and personnel supervision desired Basic computer skills and ability to maintain records Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds Must live in the service area
