Senior Environmental Project Manager

EnSafe is accepting applications for an entry-level Senior Environmental Project Manager position in its Hartford, CT , office. What We Are Looking For As a Senior Environmental Project Manager , you will work on various projects in an environment that fosters creativity, collaboration at all levels, a culture of support, and professional growth. What You Will Be Doing: Project management, including proposal writing, budget tracking, and client communications Collaborate with senior leadership to advance local, regional, and corporate goals Prepare documents under state and federal programs, including the CT Property Transfer Program Prepare and review technical reports and work plans Review, compile, and interpret investigation data, evaluations of potential responses /corrective actions, and feasibility studies Mentor mid and junior-level staff Assist with regional business development/proposal efforts Qualifications: BS in engineering, geology, or appropriate technical discipline Demonstrable leadership experience (e.g. office, teams, large projects) CT LEP; or CT LEP Track and PE or PG Knowledge of CT RSRs, CERCLA, RCRA, NYSDEC DER-10, and other environmental legislation Ability to participate and collaborate in a project team setting and to engage in creative and critical thought Strong consulting, problem-solving and leadership skills State, municipal, and federal contracts/project management Experience conducting work within the NE regional states Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite, word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to travel 30% regionally About EnSafe EnSafe began as a two-person firm in 1980, navigating complex regulatory compliance issues on behalf of our clients.
