Description The Product Management organization is seeking candidates to fill the position of Manager - Product Owner for the Customer 360 & Enterprise Reporting POD. Responsibilities of the Product Owner role include the following: Gathering stakeholder input and feedback regarding the PODs project list and output Working with the Product Manager to define and prioritize the POD backlog Defining and prioritizing Sprint tasks / user stories Leading and managing the Sprint activities to ensure user stories (objectives) are completed within specified intervals Participating in Sprint demos to communicate the work and output produced by the POD Responsibilities also include maintaining and improving data quality for futures & options and cash markets data at the client and customer segment level. The data quality function includes working with Sales and Business Line Management to map billing account numbers to client names and customer segments along with reducing the unknown revenue for futures & options. Additional objectives of this position include providing analytics support for monthly and quarterly performance reporting required by Sales, Business Line Management, Investor Relations, and Corporate Communications. Skills & Experience Required: 3-5 years of analytics experience and knowledge using futures, options, and cash markets data Agile experience and POD participation preferred SQL, Python, Tableau, and Looker experience preferred Experience with JIRA, GCP, and Google Workspace Confluence preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Strong collaboration skills and experience in influencing cross functional teams Desire to work in a client/stakeholder facing role. Strong business analysis skills including the ability to articulate customer requirements in a clear and concise manner Strong understanding of and ability to articulate technical/non-functional product requirements Education: Bachelor's Degree with concentration in Business Administration, Data Science, or Computer Science preferred CME Group: Where Futures Are Made CME Group ( is the world's leading derivatives marketplace.
