Maintenance Supervisor

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who is well versed in all aspects of maintenance to join a team to help manage a large apartment community with over 1100 units. Must be able to work well with others with effective communication, time management, follow-up, work order processes and preventative maintenance. Direct workers and manage the work order process and/or make ready process. Maintain and upkeep of all all preventative maintenance inspections and repairs. Inspect completed work for compliance. Establish and adjust work order procedures to meet production schedules. Confers with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments. Participate in on-call rotation instructed by director. Supply ordering and management for all maintenance. Analyze and resolve work problems, or assist workers in solving work problems. Maintain property grounds. Performs other related duties assigned. Participate in snow removal. Maintain property tools. Able to perform all aspects of maintenance such as plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical and tile. Must have a valid drivers license. Must have a vehicle.
