Position Details Position Information Recruitment/Posting Title Assistant/Associate Professor of Management (Operations/Supply Chain Mngt) Tenure-track Department School of Business - Cmd Salary Commensurate With Experience Posting Summary Rutgers University-Camden School of Business (RSBC) seeks applications for a tenure-track/tenured faculty position in Management at the Assistant or Associate Professor level starting in Fall 2025. Applicants must have earned a PhD in Business Administration (Operations/Supply Chain Management) or a closely related field. Emphasis on information systems and/or analytics will be a plus. Candidates are expected to have demonstrated potential to become outstanding scholars and to lead and sustain an ambitious research program suitable for tenure at a research university. Candidates who are near completion of their Ph.D. and expect to finish by the appointment date are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include publishing in scholarly journals within the field of operations management, supply chain management, or related fields and teaching courses in operations management, supply chain management, and management science at the undergraduate and graduate levels and service to the university and academic and external community. Teaching assignments can be on-campus in Camden, NJ and online and might require occasional weekend or off-campus teaching at our locations in Mt. Laurel, NJ, Blackwood, NJ, Lincroft, NJ, and/or Princeton, NJ.
