This position involves a basic knowledge of some of the following: Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and O365, Active Directory, Citrix and Meraki and Cisco devices. What You Will Do: Respond promptly to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone or electronically. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and requests. Setup hardware to be used by Messer personnel including laptops, PC's, networking equipment and mobile devices Configure software to be used by Messer personnel. Follow documented task and processes as assigned. Seek new methods or improvements to documented tasks and update documentation accordingly. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues / requests. Record details of inquiries and requests as well as actions taken. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments or other project leads. Stay current with system information, changes and updates. Travel to company locations for setup or troubleshooting as needed.
