Lake Naomi Club, a Platinum Country Club located in the beautiful Pocono Mountains, is seeking motivated Dishwashers to join our Food & Beverage Team for the upcoming summer season. We offer competitive hourly rates, and the use of the Club's amenities while employed. Offering a $1,000 incentive if a candidate is hired and works through Labor Day. Ensure dishes are sanitized and available as needed. Keep sanitation solution up to local code standards at all times. Set up/close down dish machine according to established procedures. Maintain daily cleanliness of dish machine and surrounding areas. Wash plates, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils according to sanitation and cleaning procedures. Replace clean plates on specified shelves. Keep garbage cans empty and replace with clean garbage bags. Keep kitchen area clean by sweeping and mopping floors. Clean and sanitize throughout shift. Trouble-shoot dishwasher machine malfunctions. Keep Executive Chef and Sous Chef promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance. Maintain a positive working relationship with other employees to foster and promote a cooperative working environment. Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
