Experience in retail sales preferred. Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools, and materials. Ability to use a computer and analyze reports, inventory control, cash control, etc. A valid driver's license and adequate transportation to/from bank and corporate management meetings. Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English. Perform other duties as assigned or delegated by the supervisor. Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Skills Leadership and Management Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees. Develop, manage and assign tasks to ensure the site is clean, adequately stocked, organized, and well-kept. Maintain a professional and supportive image among subordinates and supervisors. Schedule employees within Company guidelines. Implement non-discriminatory related management skills. Site Relationships Develop positive and professional relationships with all suppliers. Promote excellent service and resolve customer complaints. Promote and ensure a safe, positive public image within the neighboring community. Training and Development Prepare ongoing performance appraisals for all employees. Train all employees to meet Company standards. Train all employees on safety procedures. Communication Ensure all employees receive proper communication in a timely manner. Establish periodic communication meetings with all site employees and the Market Manager. Organizing and Planning Evaluate and develop action plans for site needs. Organize and maintain all site files and manuals. Manage store employees to ensure reports are completed accurately and timely. Ensure all merchandise is stocked and displayed correctly. Financial Analyze daily sales and expense information. Budget and forecast P&L lines. Safeguard and account for all money received and disbursed. Working Conditions Perform work indoors and outdoors as required. Be exposed to occasional cold temperatures. Be exposed to occasional noise. Work with minimal direction and supervision.
