Summary: The Procurement Performance Manager manages the evaluation and reporting of procurement activities and business processes, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with organizational goals. This position develops performance metrics, monitors procurement KPIs, and generates detailed reports that help drive continuous improvement in the procurement process. What you'll be contributing: Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines. Evaluate existing procurement processes and recommend continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and performance. Assess the performance of procurement activities continuously to identify gaps, risks, and areas for improvement. Conduct comprehensive spending analysis to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and compliance with budget. Ensure accurate data management and reporting using procurement systems, ERP platforms, and other reporting tools. Create detailed and accurate reports on procurement activities for senior management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Work closely with procurement teams to understand their operations and provide performance insights that enhance decision-making. Provide commercial and analytical support to strategic sourcing projects and planning. Provide training and support for the procurement team to improve data accuracy and reporting processes. Facilitate communication between procurement teams and other departments (e.g., finance, legal) to ensure alignment of goals and performance expectations. Act as a point of contact for any reporting or performance-related queries. Ensure all procurement activities and reporting are in line with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. Benchmark performance metrics against industry best practices and drive the adoption of those practices. Additional duties as assigned by supervisor. To succeed in this position, you will need: Ability to read, write, and understand warning labels, instructions, signs, etc. Minimum 4 Years - Bachelor's Degree in sourcing, supply chain, finance, or related field or the equivalent in relevant experience. Minimum 3 Years of experience in business analytical, or related field. Working with databases, data warehouse applications, and/or ERP systems with electronic procurement systems and beneficial tools. Experience with Ariba and Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite (Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to think analytically and detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively communicate, including the ability to persuasively present information both in writing and verbally. Knowledge of business unit processes, policies and procedures, strategic sourcing, and business metrics. Ability to learn quickly and to translate learning into actionable, measurable initiatives. Working knowledge of systems, databases, and analytical tools/applications. Knowledge of Ariba and Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Ability to make sound independent judgments regularly. Ability to work from general policies and objectives. Ability to refer to supervisor when clarification or interpretation of organizational policy is needed. Domestic Travel up to 10%. What's next for you?
