We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our innovative regenerative medicine practice. As part of our lean, startup-oriented team, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive care and advancing our mission to revolutionize healthcare. About Us Extension Health is a forward-thinking medical practice established in 2010 with the goal of transforming patient care. We offer a unique approach that combines medical services and rehabilitation under one roof, providing total comprehensive care. Our state-of-the-art practice in the West Village houses cutting-edge therapies including hyperbaric oxygen therapy, plasmapheresis and EBOO. Position Summary As an Advanced Practice Provider at Extension Health, you will be an independent healthcare provider within our multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, and promotion of our advanced therapies. Key Responsibilities Act as a independent provider for patients, collaborating with physicians to ensure optimal care Perform patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans. Prescribe medications, monitor their effects, and adjust treatments as necessary. Provide patient education on regenerative medicine and longevity treatments and procedures. Perform treatments within scope including but not limited to IV infusions. Document all patient interactions, prescriptions, and interventions in electronic health record. Participate in clinical leadership initiatives and contribute to the practice's growth and development Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated and cohesive patient experiences. Commitment to staying current with advancements in longevity medicine and regenerative medicine and related fields Qualifications Current and valid New York State Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant License. Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, ideally in regenerative medicine or a related field, but any experience is acceptable. CPR (BLS) Certification. Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively with a lean team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
