The Host/Hostess is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests at Skybokx 109 Sports Bar & Grill in Natick, Massachusetts. Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Manage waitlist and reservations efficiently. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Answer phone calls and provide accurate information to guests. Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth operations. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior customer service experience is preferred. Familiarity with restaurant operations and reservation systems is a plus. Must be reliable and punctual.
