IT Manager

Our client, a national law firm is seeking an IT Manager of AI & Innovation to join their team LA or San Diego . As the IT Manager of AI & Innovation, you will be part of the IT department supporting the firm's AI initiatives and driving technological advancements within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, project management experience, technical expertise, and a passion for innovation. Job Title: IT Manager of AI & Innovation Location: New York, NY (Hybrid 3 days a week, remote work permissible 40% of the time) Pay Range: $145k-$165K What's the Job? Develop and execute the AI and innovation strategy in alignment with the firm's goals Build a team of AI specialists and IT professionals Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of AI projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI opportunities Evaluate and implement AI tools and platforms Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the business Drive research and development initiatives to explore new AI applications Establish metrics to measure the success and impact of AI initiatives What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field 10+ years of experience working in a professional services environment Proven experience managing AI projects and leading technical teams Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Knowledge of scripting and programming concepts, and languages such as Python, R, HTML, VBScript, XML, and Java Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, and visualization techniques Strong understanding of PC software, including 3rd party solutions to enhance out of the box base functionality Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 environment, Azure, Azure AD, SharePoint Online, and Office Applications Strong understanding of network and server administration concepts What's in it for me?
