Opportunity Overview We have a Unique opportunity for an experienced technology professional to join our IT team as a Digital Banking Technology Specialist. Position Overview This position works in a team environment to provide operational support for all digital banking products and services. A high level of customer service, attention to detail, technical and problem-solving skills are required to provide quality service. Products and services supported include but are not limited to: Retail and Business Online Banking, Mobile Banking, ATM, Bill Pay, ACH, Wire Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, and Debit Card Instant Issuance. Primary Accountabilities As the lead technologist behind the bank's digital banking solutions, must maintain highly technical body of knowledge and skills for planning, operation, security, administration, support, and maintenance activities of all digital banking solutions. Function as a bank -wide resource to manage digital banking technical problems and/or escalate customer issues to the appropriate support group. Work directly with vendors and service providers to resolve system issues regarding functionality or availability, ensuring patches or fixes are implemented in a timely manner. Works with vendors/service providers to plan and execute the implementation of enhancements and upgrades. Assists with budget as it relates to server contracts and renewals. Responsibility to create, monitor and update procedures related to our digital banking products. Analyze support functions and implement changes for streamlining processes, improving efficiencies, and enhancing the accuracy and quality of work. Assist with network and hardware support for supported digital banking applications. As requested, provide audit reports to our internal audit team. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, Education and Work Experience Bachelor's Degree required. Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail banking or financial services industry supporting digital products and related technologies preferred. Experience with COCC applications and digital banking solutions is a plus. Ability to work across functional teams. Must be a self-starter and be able to effectively multi-task.
