Senior Salesforce Platform Administrator We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Platform Administrator for a full-time, permanent position. This role offers an annual salary of $105,000 - $125,000 and the opportunity to work remotely. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Platform Owner and Delivery Manager, leading the documentation, testing, and rollout of new modules for our FinTech client. In addition, they will oversee the adoption of key features for the internal Salesforce platform. Responsibilities: Lead training and onboarding of business users, driving adoption of existing apps and features Configure Salesforce (Page Layouts, Lightning Pages/Apps, Profiles, Permission Sets, Dashboards, Custom Permissions / Metadata Tables / Objects) Create and maintain documentation Prioritize backlog and maintain Project Tracking tools and Configuration Workbooks Execute system audits and provide user support and troubleshooting Conduct QA testing with new features and platform changes, and perform Bulk Data Updates Experience needed: Salesforce Certifications (Administrator and Platform App Builder are desirable) Extensive experience leading multiple E2E implementations and full lifecycle projects Experience working in customized environments with Salesforce automation Familiarity with Sales Cloud configuration, Flows, Data Loader, and Excel Experience with Sandbox Management, DevOps, CRMA, JIRA, and Project Management Service Cloud experience is a plus Understanding of Platform Events; SOQL, Talend, HTML, Apex, Javascript, and the latest tooling for Salesforce optimization Knowledge of supporting a SaaS/subscription-based business is preferred If you possess the necessary skills and experience, we encourage you to apply for this role.
