AM has end-to-end accountability for the overall management of the IT Infrastructure Enterprise Interconnect & AM Networks function within the IT Infrastructure Network & Security Services unit. Regional teams are established to cover the respective time zones and enable for follow the sun support. This includes responsibility for the compliance, talent management, performance, stability and cost efficiency of all IT processes and services provided for this leader organization out of the IT function. This role is responsible for talent management of Employees to ensure appropriate resources and skills to ensure continued high-quality services for business departments. The head of this Leadership function will be responsible for the operational excellence of all Network & Security Services provided out of this L4 unit, including the respective system operation throughout the whole system life cycle, i.e. design, architecture, system lead, implementation, qualification, operation, rollout, support (2nd/3rd level ticket handling), optimization, innovation. This role assumes responsibility for all program/project management activities performed in and related to that function, specifically to build and run efficient and effective standard services. The Sr AD, IT Infrastructure Enterprise Interconnect & Network Svcs. AM will increase efficiency and effectiveness of IT processes by providing direction in use of state-of-the-art IT technologies and methodologies. This role builds and provides strategic leadership for this leadership function. The incumbent drives strategic alignment with the other IT departments and supports global harmonization of IT services and IT processes as well as looks for Innovation in the field of responsibility and beyond and implements them to create business value. This role is based out of our Ridgefield, CT location with a flexible hybrid onsite work schedule 2-3 days per week and as needed to support the business. Duties & Responsibilities Manage and develop the global team of network technology engineers to provide excellence in performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth. Develop and deliver global technology standards and services in area of IT wide area networks on enterprise level (e,g, SDWAN) Ensure reliable IT network services, provide technology support, and manage key stakeholders of IT network services in USA and America region Drive strategic alignment with the other IT INF departments for standardization, optimization, and joint development of technology strategies in IT network area Create a culture of Innovation in the field of responsibility and beyond and implement them to create business value Ensure compliance, efficiency, and project oversight within area of responsibility Compensation Data This position offers a base salary typically between $183,000 and $280,000. ( Requirements Bachelor´s degree preferred. At least one to three (1-3) years of IT experience with a Bachelor´s degree or five (5) years of IT experience with no degree is required. Leadership experience as a team lead, or as a project or product leader Strong experience in network technology (e.g. routing, switching, WAN, LAN, WLAN, NAC, Firewalls, VLAN, DIA, ...) Strong experience in IT Infrastructure processes (e.g. ITIL, risk assessments, qualification) Strong experience working in a virtual, international, and multicultural environment. Excellent analytic, communication, customer-orientation and organization skills Eligibility Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction. Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required). Must be 18 years of age or older.
