Vice President e-Tail and Marketplace What once started out as a Manhattan storefront over half a century ago has evolved today into a recognized national distributor and manufacturer of consumer-based electronic goods. We are looking for a consumer-focused and data-driven VP eTail & Marketplaces to join our fast growing family of brands. You will own end-to-end performance on Amazon US and other major marketplaces, as well as relationships with key accounts in the eTail space. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing an outstanding and consistent brand experience from browse to fulfilment, unlocking revenue through optimization of each marketplace platform. As a new role to our organization, this person has the opportunity to mold the department and make it their own. Crucial Duties & Responsibilities Ownership of strategy, day-to-day operations and overall performance for Amazon accounts (FBA & FBM), inclusive of sales-centric KPIs, Amazon Account Health metrics, inventory levels and ad performance Develop incredible Amazon advertising strategies to enhance growth opportunities using in-house and agency talent Lead the eTail team in developing 3 rd party marketplace expansion strategy inclusive of current and emerging platforms Establish relationships with crucial eTail vendors, using Amazon/Marketplaces and your eCommerce expertise to identify and socialize external growth opportunities Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on key eCommerce initiatives, promotions, demand planning and brand marketing Build and lead a team with focus on delivering and enabling results for Amazon, eTail and Marketplaces channels Manage annual budget and forecasting for Amazon, 3 rd party marketplaces Qualifications 7-10 years in B2C eCommerce with proven success growing enterprise-level Amazon business in both FBA and FBM structures. SME for Amazon & marketplaces best practices. 3-5 years managing and developing eCommerce talent Demonstrated ability to craft annual Marketplaces strategic plan and forecast aligned with both department and organizational performance goals Strong business process experience, including project management and resource prioritization and utilization Entrepreneurial minded person that is comfortable challenging conventional wisdom, searches for creative ways to win and capitalizes on growth opportunities Thrives in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with ambiguity Excellent teammate that understands what it means to win together Able to establish positive relationships with cross-functional partners, advocate for Amazon/Marketplaces initiatives and objectives BA or BS in business, marketing or equivalent professional experience This is a hybrid position and is based in Brooklyn, NY Contact: Joe Ames Lighthouse Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr
