Responsibilities: Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements; design, develop, and maintain applications to meet the end-user requirements; create detailed test plans, debugging plans, launch, and rollout plans Develop PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Flow, Power BI, Power Fabric, Dataverse and other Power Platform tools as necessary to meet business requirements Create and maintain reports and other required items like screens, dashboards and more to display data and other information for the business; develop and work with SharePoint Sites and lists to seamlessly integrate Power Platform and SharePoint Partner with and mentor Automation COE teams performing technical tasks related to development and management of automations Contribute to the continuous improvement of the RPA CoE's methodologies and tools; guide other developers in best practices for secure Power Platform development; review code work for accuracy and functionality; make suggestions for technical modifications to prevent future problems; manage and support existing solutions with KPMG environments; utilize approved software and tools to follow Secure Software Development Lifecycle methodologies to meet KPMG's polices and requirements Support the migration of RPA Automations to Power Platform applications; continue to learn and implement best practices as Microsoft evolves the Power Platform products Qualifications: Minimum five years of recent, hands-on experience with RPA platforms - Automation Anywhere; minimum three years of recent, hands-on experience with the following technologies: Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Dataverse Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or higher in information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience Understanding and hands-on experience in secure design, development, and implementation on Microsoft technologies including Microsoft DevOps, GitHub, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD; solid understanding and experience with different development methodologies; familiarity with cyber security frameworks and secure code development Experience with complex and distributed organizational structure is preferred Excellent customer service skills along with strong written and verbal communication skills; be self-motivated and accountable KPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
