Role Overview: The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will lead new projects, set technical direction, and mentor team members. They will play a critical role in helping engineering teams design, deploy, and manage reliable software across all environments. Key Responsibilities: Address performance issues through deep systems engineering and optimization Define performance and reliability roadmaps Improve observability, ensure production readiness, and optimize performance Facilitate incident response and conduct root cause analysis Automate operational tasks and design reliable system architectures Mentor and train team members on best practices Qualifications: At least 8 years of experience in backend software or infrastructure Proven ability to architect and develop solutions to complex problems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to dive into any layer of the stack Preferred Skills: Experience with blockchains and protocols Proficiency in Ruby, Go, and Terraform Experience in highly regulated environments Ability to write technical blog posts and training materials Compensation: Target annual salary: $200k+, plus bonus, equity, and benefits
