TheAccount Executive'sportfolio iscomprisedof the following:SaaSSoftwareand Servicesvia theTaegisâ„¢platformportfolio, 247 Managed Detection and Response Services,Vulnerability Management, Emergency and Proactive Incident Response,Adversarial Security Testingservices.With the support of our SecurityEngineeringteamyou willutilizea consultative sales approach to mapSecureworkssolution andservice offerings to the clients' needs.Role Responsibilities Drive creativeprospecting andbusiness development activities to penetrate white space accountsanddevelop new pipeline opportunities.Learn and articulateSecureworksvision anddifferentiatedmarket capabilities to prospects,clientsand partners.Develop a deep understanding of both the customer and competitive landscape, enabling productive dialogue with C-level executives and security practitioners.Collaborate withinternal and externalpartners todesign andpropose solutionsthat create positive business outcomes for customers.Participateactivelyinskill developmentand othersales effectivenesstraining opportunities.Author,maintainand share Customer Account Plans for yourregion'stop strategic accounts.Prepare,manageandupdateaccuratesales forecast in SFDC.Consistently achieve annual sales targets.Requirements Minimum 3-5 years insales,preferably in the cybersecurity orsoftware-as-a-service(SaaS) industry. Familiarity withcomplexsales cyclesand a proventrack recordof meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills area mustfor this role. The ability to build andmaintainrelationships with key decision-makers in target organizations is crucial. Prior experience in field sales, including prospecting, cold calling, conducting productsoftwaredemos, and negotiating contracts, is highly desirable.Proficiencyin using CRM software (SFDC or equivalent) and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports is necessary. Strong computer and technology skills, including knowledge ofsoftware-as-a-service(SaaS) platforms, will beadvantageous.Foundational understanding ofcybersecurity concepts, technologies, and trends, and understanding of competitive landscape is preferred.The role requires frequent collaboration with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success. The ability to work cohesively in a team-based environment isvitalto ensurefulfillmentof sales strategyand customer satisfaction.PreferencesBachelor's Degree or higher (Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems)CompensationSecureworks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
