That's where you come in.DESCRIPTIONPontera is looking for an Account Executive who will own the full sales cycle with small and medium-sized wealth management firms.RESPONSIBILITIESPlay the lead role in sourcing and managing a pipeline of Registered Investment Advisory firms, handling the full sales cycle from cold call through negotiation and closeUnderstand the goals, plans, timeline, and personal motivations of your buyersStrive to continuously improve your sales process, demonstrating a willingness to test, learn, and implement best practicesREQUIREMENTSSmart, scrappy, capable of coming up with creative solutions to problemsDemonstrated track record of top performanceExcellent communication skills Excellent relationship builder, capable of winning buy-in from internal and external stakeholdersA good person.
