Our team of engineers is responsible for system engineering efforts associated with AEGIS air defense, AEGIS surface defense, and AEGIS Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD). The work is primarily performed at our customer site in Moorestown, NJ. Engineers are also expected travel to WSMR for integration and test events multiple times a year. Must be a U.S Citizen and have the ability to obtain DoD secret clearance Duties Utilize agile methodologies design engineering solutions Analyze missile launch-event data and verify performance against expected behavior and requirements Assist with missile launch-event setup and test Develop solutions for complex mathematical and physics-based problems Responsible for algorithmic design, data analysis, requirements development, modeling and simulation, and software integration and test Conduct system trade studies and analyses of alternatives Ensuring the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into a total system solution that acknowledges technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Qualifications Qualifications BS degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related discipline 2+ years of related experience Experience with developing test plans and complex systems integration Experience with decomposing customer requirements for developing a product Experience with DOORS, SysML modeling and Matlab is a plus Experience with the AEGIS combat system a plus Strong oral and written communication skills Must be a U.S Citizen and have the ability to obtain DoD secret clearance
