Our curriculum is literacy-based and structured, but also purposefully flexible. Teachers are encouraged to be creative and intentional when developing activities, you'll have the professional freedom to ensure instructional decisions are based on student's interests and needs. Our teams collaborate and build relationships with fellow staff members, school administration, families, and the community. Education & Work Experience Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older. Complies with all company and state-specific standards and maintains validation of required credentials for the position. Complies with all state-specific education requirements. Preferably 6+ months working in a licensed childcare facility. Often carrying and lifting 25 pounds or less ( 25%-50%) and occasionally carrying 25-50 pounds (10-25%) To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
